Why is an all-in-one solution more sensible than individual components?

Many providers only supply the film or only the hardware – with Lumerax, all components interlock: film, control, projection, and content are precisely coordinated. This creates a functioning system with a visible effect – instead of complex self-coordination without results.

Can I use my own content, or am I dependent on your agency?

You can always play your own videos or presentations – via media player or cloud system. However, we recommend specially adapted content: Contrast, color selection, and timing are crucial for the effect on glass. For this purpose, we offer optional creative support from experienced partners.

How is the on-site implementation carried out – do I have to organize craftsmen myself?

No. We take care of the entire coordination: certified film installers, electrical engineers and – depending on the package – also projectors and media systems. You receive a turnkey system with a clearly defined process and minimal effort for you or your employees.

Does the system really work reliably – even in everyday use?

Yes. Our technology is designed for continuous operation – the control runs automatically (e.g. via timer or app). The projection is visible from the outside, but barely noticeable indoors. This means your employees can work as usual, and guests can eat or be advised without disturbance.

Why do some examples appear organically shaped rather than rectangular?

Most shop windows are equipped with rectangularly cut film by default – and this applies to most of our projects. In some cases, however, we use what are known as organically opened transparency areas at the customer's request. These allow targeted views into the interior and create a particularly exciting visual effect.
In the visualizations and references shown on our website, we deliberately use this option to demonstrate the full creative potential of our solution.
Important to know: This variant is technically feasible, but requires coordinated video production and planning, as content must be precisely matched to the freeform. For many customers, the rectangular standard solution is therefore the more pragmatic way – without visual compromises, but with higher flexibility.

Can I also earn money with the system – for example through advertising?

Definitely. Many customers use their window space not only for self-promotion but also rent it out in the evening to partners or local businesses. We assist with the technical implementation and – if desired – also with content planning or central control of multiple locations.
