Because Lumerax provides project-based solutions for shop window and projection technologies, shipping and delivery are generally arranged individually as part of each project agreement.

Delivery Areas

We generally deliver within Germany and, by individual arrangement, to other European countries.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the scope of the project, delivery may take place in different ways:

• Individual components, such as projectors or accessories, may be shipped by parcel carrier or freight company.

• Project materials may be delivered directly to the installation site.

• Materials may be handed over at an agreed installation or project appointment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the project, the availability of components and the scope of the installation.

Specific delivery dates are agreed individually in the quotation or order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Where applicable, shipping and logistics costs are stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.

Shipping Damage

If a delivery shows visible shipping damage, please report it to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us promptly.
