Switchable smart film (PDLC)

Self-adhesive PDLC film in a precisely fitting, rectangular size. It switches the glass surface between clear and frosted at the touch of a button – privacy whenever you need it.

The film is applied to the inside of the glass surface and can be removed again if required. It is installed by a partner.

Which solution suits my glass surface?

That depends on the surface, location and objective: privacy, illuminated content or both. Get advice from a partner near you.

How does the on-site work run – do I have to organise tradespeople myself?

No. Your enquiry goes – only with your consent – to a trained partner near you. They advise you, prepare the quote and carry out the installation. Lumerax supplies the products to the partner.

Can I use my own content?

Yes. You upload content for LED film, LED displays or projection yourself – via media player or cloud system. Your partner advises you on contrast, colour and format.

Does it work reliably – in everyday use too?

Yes. The components are designed for continuous operation, and the controls can run automatically – for example via timer or app.

Which shapes are possible?

The film is cut to a rectangular shape to fit the pane. Several panes can be switched individually or together.
