How a project works

1. Enquiry: We pass on a pre-qualified customer enquiry from your region. Of course, you can also bring your own customers.

2. Quote: You advise on site, put the solution together and prepare the quote on your letterhead.

3. Material: You order the components from Lumerax in your partner area.

4. Installation and handover: You install, commission the system and invoice your customer directly.

What you should bring

  • Craft skills

    Experience with film application, sign making or glass installation. Clean, low-dust work is half the battle with film on glass.

  • Your own business

    Your own business with liability insurance and your own tools. You bring a ladder or lifting platform depending on the surface.

  • Access to a qualified electrician

    Fixed connections require a qualified electrician – in your business or through a fixed cooperation. We clarify this in the first conversation.

At our office in Motorworld Munich we show the components in use. The hands-on day also takes place there – you see a working installation before you install one yourself.

How do I get the material?

You order from stock in your partner area – you don't need your own warehouse. Registered partners see prices after logging in.

How long does an installation take?

A well-practised team of two can do a typical shop window in one working day. Large facades or several panes take longer – you estimate the effort during the site visit.

Do I need a qualified electrician?

For fixed connections, yes – in your own business or through a fixed cooperation. We clarify this in the first conversation.

Is the training mandatory?

No. The training is voluntary. Trained partners appear on the partner map. All details are in the partner concept – sign up below and we will send it to you.

In which regions is Lumerax looking for partners?

Nationwide – especially where customer enquiries already exist. Enquiries go to the partner who fits best in terms of expertise and location.

Can I bring my own customers?

Yes. You also order the components for your own projects from Lumerax.

What happens after my enquiry?

We get back to you within two working days and talk briefly about your business and your region. If it's a good fit, you register with proof of trade and liability insurance – once we have checked it, we activate your access to the partner area.
